Pipeline
Figma Weave · Imagen 4 · Topaz · Kling 1.6
Output
4 product films · 1 set, 1 character, 1 light

One set. One character. Only the product changes.

A production pipeline built in Figma Weave in one evening, on the free tier. The idea: a man walks across a field, and from one video to the next, only the bag he carries changes. Character, set and light stay identical to the pixel. What used to take one shoot per product now takes one more node.

The pipeline — 5 nodes

01 Imagen 4

One master image: the character, the field, the light. Everything that must never change again is set here, once.

02 Mask by Text

The bag is isolated from a text description, no manual cut-out. The mask defines the only area the pipeline is allowed to change.

03 Array + Text Iterator

A list of products feeds the mask: four variants generated in parallel, with the same character, the same set and the same light.

04 Topaz

The four images are upscaled together: resolution goes up with no retouching, image by image.

05 Kling 1.6

Each image becomes a video. Four films, one per product, ready to publish.

4 generations, 1 frameOnly the bag changes

Same character. Same field. Same light.
The mask is the only thing that moves.
